Depending on version of Adobe or your PDF reader, just left click to highlight the image, then right click the image and choose Copy Image and then open say MS Paint and choose Edit > Paste and then save image

Further to our chat on this in email, thought I'd update thread for others on what the option was to capture the info in the PDF



Think the reason that the method of capturing images from PDFs that I mentioned above is that in this PDF its not an embedded image but text and background shaded colour, reason is that you can select the text, whereas an image you cannot just select text but select the whole image in one go.

So the method of capturing selected text as an image can be done this way, open the PDF and click Tools > Select and Zoom and choose Snapshot Tool, then draw a box around the area you want and then let go of the left mouse button, the selected area is captured, all you need to do now is to open say MS Paint and click Edit Paste and then save the image.
