Adobe, OmniPage, Sansoft....

    I have a question: I can do a word search on PDFs (using OmniPage) that I got from the internet but when I try and do searches using the PDFs created by our printers (Ricoh, Panasonic), it always pops up not found when I am staring at it. What did I do wrong and how can I fix this? Thanks.
