Adobe Photo Downloader

Hi guys,
This program came in one of the Adobe updates. I don’t mind to have it, but it starts automatically with windows and I don’t want that. On the program itself there is not any options for doesn’t start with windows. Also I’ve tried in Documents and Settings>All Users>Start Menu>Programs>Startup and is not there.
How could I stop this program start automatically with windows?

Start...Run....(type)..msconfig ....enter
disable it in the startup

Getting rid of this, I just want to have one program less when windows start.
To stop this program starts with windows I have to use an other program that, will start with windows as well. Forgive me my ignorance but isn’t going to be the same (replace a program for a program)?
