    Elements are watered down versions (consumer) of the other offerings. Adobe's base software (creative suite - Pros) is sold as "online" or cloud based subscriptions. Not to say there is not an actual download, there is, but you have to log in or have an account to use them.

    Well I am looking for CorelDraw Pro 2020 or 2019 but they are both around $ 200.00 US.
    I never Payed this can you help me find one Cheeper?

    If you are not a Pro then Photoshop Elements (the cut down version) will be fine for you. That is the one that I use. More specifically v2.0 which I bought many many years ago and which works fine on Win7 in XP compatibility mode.

    It also has the Levels filter which is from the flagship models

    Probably buy it on flee bay for $20 or less inc p&p
