eventually you won't be able to download the old Edge. MS is replacing the old Edge with the new version in build 2004.

peppercorn doesn't state which Edge he/she is using.

OT: I wish MS would stop using the same names for different programs. The new browser should have been called something else so you'd now exactly what program was being discussed. Just like Windows Defender was re-cycled. The old Defender was rubbish but the new one is good. People get confused and want to install a 3rd party av program because they remember "old" Defender was not good and confuse it with the "new" version.
