ADP Between Function?

Hi all

I am trying to get this query to run in ACCESS.

I Have recently started creating a ADP. now i used to use the Between function quite a bit with a MDB, to retreive records between certain dates i.e "Between [Start Date] And [End Date]" but i just cant seem to get the syntax right or correct function to run a similar query. I know this is pretty basic stuff but i cant work it out.

Any help here would rock the free world

As a workaround, could you substitute equality operators?

For example, use >= #01/01/2007# and <= #04/15/2007#???
