Adultfriender?

My nephew used my computer to sign up for Adultfriender using my bank account. I want to cancel it but from what I've read on the net I think it's over my head. I know that they charge your account basically forever. Any help removing this from my computer would be great.

What operating system/service packs are you running, and what software (if any) did the site install?

It would seem to me that your bank or credit card provider should be able to stop payment to any questionable service, if you so desire...

 

As for canceling the service I think you have to call them to cancel it. If they don't want to or refuse to I would call your bank and say stop charges from this place.

 

Your nephew needs a good beating and you should secure your info better. Like the others said, put a stop payment at the same time that you're trying to cancel this garbage. No point in trusting these types in doing 'the right thing'. Good luck.

 

^^^ All good information. If you do call them and they refuse to cancel the charges, you might want to also report them to the Better Business Bureau if you and the company is located in inside the U.S.A.

Hi. You need to access your nephews account (threaten to take the matter to the police if he will not, as this is provable theft) and click on the word "Account" at the top left of toolbar. Go to "Billing history" at bottom of list and click on "auto-renew" of the membership that he has opted for. That will cease payments coming off. Then order a new card so he cannot just click on the same thing once you are gone.
