Advice For Wiping A Computer I Am Selling

I was not sure where the best spot to post this question would be so if this is not an appropriate place than please direct me to the proper place.

I am a Dell XPS 8300 computer, 64 bit operating system and running windows 10.

I have taken the information I need off of it and I would like to wipe it before selling it (obviously). What is the best and most secure method of wiping the computer?

Whatever you do, I recommend making sure whoever buys the PC knows the Windows product key in case the individual would like to reinstall Windows. Just something I like to make sure of when selling a PC, since Windows is so prone to hiccupping with use over time...

If the key is on the PC, that's fine, but starting with Windows 8 around 2012, manufacturers weren't putting the keys on PCs anymore. You could include it on a piece of paper, etc. If you have an installation disk with the key on the jewel case sleeve that you can include, that would be a VERY nice selling point.
