Advice on CWShredder

Hey y'all...

Just got some error message about windows files being replaced with unrecognized ones, yadda yadda. I'll tackle that in a minute.
This just spurred me to do a semi-regular cleanup.
I just dl'ed this program, CWShredder from MG.
What I'm wondering about is my results... am I ok to let this program "fix" things on our computer?

The 'Scan only' report is difficult to interpret, but it looks like you've got something bad there. Here's a usage guide:

I'd go ahead and run 'Fix' and let it fix whatever it finds. Make sure you run Ad-aware and Spybot too.
