Advice on the best Contact Manager

    I have used ACT for years and keep getting tird of their lack of support for the small business. I use Version 6 now and have hundreds of groupings or I would have exported it and left it dead on the shelf a year ago. I don loaded the trial version and was very confused. I just thought I would ask what you all think is the best contact manager and also one that my import the 'groups' in ACT?

    I hope this is a useful thread for others...
