Advice on tracking software?

    Hi!
    I'm hoping you can help me with some advice. I run a forum and am interested in software that can help me trace isp's to their source. It's important for my forum that I know who is who and
    that they are from where they say they are. I don't want to know other personal information, just name and place of origin. Is there such software out there? If so, what would you recommend?
