Adware.topsearch

I have Norton internet security, adaware, and spybot search and destroy. however, every time i run a norton scan it picks up adware.topsearch and it is never able to remove it. i found the file that is affected. It is :Points Manager.exe within C:\WINNT\Temp\Altnet\pmexe.cab. I was just curious if anyone knew anything about points manager.exe because i was just going to delete it, but i dont want to if it will affect other necessary functions of my computer. If anyone can help i would appreciate it. Thank you

It comes bundled with Kazaa and is spyware. If you have Kazaa installed uninstall it.

I had kazaa but it is already uninstalled. am i good to delete points manager.exe?
