AFA Virus Protection

HELP Please. I am having a problem with American Family Association download updates. I recieve an error message: Load Virus Data Failed with 1610350033=Don't Know Have any of you ever heard of this problem before. I have e-mailed AFA but haven't recieved a reply yet. Need Help Thanks lobo1

Ah took me a while to get my head around this as I have never heard of AFA ( sorry, wrong country I guess ) let alone their own Antivirus, but guess this is what you have

Could be a few things,
1. Their updates are corrupt or download server not working correctly
2. Your software corrupt in which its possible a re-install will correct

I did have a search through there support docs but no mention of that error or if their is a manual virus definition file update for download, which could have helped.

as I'm not 100% aware of this product and even tho its core software is a recognised company Sophos, I would be tempted to wait for their reply.

Hey Halo. Appreciate your input. This is first time (AFA) American Family Association anti virus has ever give any problem. So gonna call them up tommorrow and see what can be done. Sounds like real good advice from you. Keep on helping folks out, for I am sure it is welcome for sure. Sure do thank you for your help. Appreciate it very much. Lobo1
