afd.sys is missing, no internet access

Hi,

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate. afd.sys is missing after scann for viruses. Combofix is not working. Now my internet also unaccessible. Please see my attachment.

Most likely you are still infected. This type of rootkit has the ability to fake MD5 on multiple driver files (not just the ones in %sys32%\drivers).
