AG Windows Service 1768 problem

    I am trying to install the operating program for Xerox DocuMate 510 on a Vista system. I have the version 11 that's supposed to be the update for this. It says I must end AG Windows Service, process no. 1768. The system denies access to ending that process. Suggestions?
