Agent Ransack Install 'interrupted' ?

    Tried to install Agent Ransack and got error message 'Agent Ransack Setup Wizard was interrupted' (image attached)
    W7-Sp1, 32-bit, on Vostro200, temp after Dell 5721 crashed.
    Tried re-downloading and re-installing and got same message.
    Thoughts ?

    It looks like some security software is preventing the running of (or possibly installing to) that location. Check all security software logs and quarantines, also look for any anti-hijack software you might have installed some time ago, they might also block that location.
