This has been bugging me for a long time. My Windows 2000 Pro displays animated gifs that are on my hard drive as still. They don't move. They are being displayed by Photo Editor. Animated gifs online move normally.

So what is originally supposed to display amimated gifs in motion on my system? What can I do to make them work again?

    Any suggestions?

so as i undestand you right, there is no chanse to make them move while you not open them. i mean while you see them on your HD.
