Agnitum access issues

    I just got Agnitum Outpost.
    Now, I cant access the other computers on my home network from the windows explorer. How do I fix this?

    Also, it asks me what to allow and block. I don't even know what these are:
    SVCHOST.exe
    LUCOMS~1.exe
    AUPDRUN.exe
    RUNDLL32.exe
