I'm having a problem with my ASUS mobo speed setting. It is telling me I'm running at 4x AGP with an 8x AGP card installed? I think that it's running at 8x now, but I sure wish someone could explain the ASUS A7V8X-X settings and how I can get the mobo to run at AGP 8x without a doubt that it may be running at some other speed! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running an XFX 5500 8x AGP PCI card. I guess I should have included that in my post! Pl;ease respond as soon as you can. Thanks much.

8x AGP and PCI? I think it's either AGP or PCI, PCI Express sometimes. Can't be two of them.
