Ahh Help!

By pressing a combination of the right control and shift keys, and the y key, It made a bar appear on the side of my screen, its a blue bar about 2 inches on the left side of my monitor. I have windows xp...service pack 2. It's not letting me attach a screenshot. It says POST requests from foreign hosts not allowed. I was having the same troubles on musician forums when trying to post an avatar. Any help on either of these problems will be greatly appreciated.

 

by pressing those 3 buttons, i was able to get it to switch from side to side, but not completely off. The arrow icon that lets you slide stuff appeared on the side of it, and i was able to slide it to about 1/2 inch, but not smaller. I also wanted to add that theres two line going across the bottom of the bar.

 

nevermind...i got it figured out.."ctrl shift d" did the trick.
