What really creeps me out is that the eyes are different colors...

Having had cats for years and years, I know that their eyes glow, and that green eyes glow green, yellow eyes glow yellow, blue eyes glow red, et cetera... but a cat with eyes of different colors? SCARY! :eek

I read somewhere (I can't find it now) that cats were attracted to human colonies because humans (being the filthy pigs that we were/are) created large amounts of waste that attracted rodents, thereby attracting cats.
I know for a fact I never see any large spiders in our house, and find the odd dead mouse outside on the step. We do try to keep the garbage under control.

Sophie glares just like mine do when you wake her up! LOL

Mine goes by the noble name "Casey", and poses willingly whenever you look directly at her and talk to her in an admiring tone of voice, so photographing her is pretty easy.

 

And you need a lesson in natural history.
