Aim connection failed problem

    I been logging on aim almost everyday for years.For some odd reason when I tried to log on today,it keeps saying Connection failed.I also tried clicking auto configure more than once and that fails too.I went to the settings and clicked auto configure and reset and Im still having the same problem.

    I also uninstalled aim and reinstalled it and that didnt work either.I also tried restarted the computer.Does anybody know whats wrong with my aim and how can I fix this problem?I have Aim 6.5
