AIM Triton

I recently installed AIM Triton. The program works fine except for one problem. When I type in a message, it takes anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to show up in the conversation. This is very inconvenient because when I am asked a question, my response does not show up for a while. Sometimes the problem does not happen at all, and then it happens again. I have no idea what is causing this problem, but I would like to fix it. I really like everything else about AIM Triton. Please help. Thanks.

Are you on dial-up? Also, I am on a cable connection and it still takes a while for my typed responses to show up on the screen. Unfortunately it does not work instantly. I am not sure, but you could contact AOL and ask them if there are any settings you can adjust to speed up the process.

This has happened to me also. Exactly how you said it jsr4rr..thats one of the reasons why I do not like AIM titron. Many times it would take a minuet to show up. I do not beleive there are any specific settings you can change. Hopefully..they are going to fix this problem very soon.
