AIM trojan....x.bat trofkz.reg staff.html

Hey, i clicked on a link from an away message(like an idiot) and now i have this trojan. Atleast i think its a trojan from other posts i have read. I get the bar on top of the browser window that says it restricted file from showing active content that could access my computer at every website i go to. It also puts x.bat, k.html, trofkz.reg and staff.html onto my desktop. This is my school laptop, and i have adaware SE. I ran that after doing a bunch of custimizations i seen in a post. I also tried to do a panda scan or something like that, and i didnt get anything. I just thought i would start one of these on my own so i could get some individual help. I'm using Windows XP Pro with service pack 2, if that makes a difference i dont know.

 

Yes i already have tried everything on the "read me first" thread. The only thing i didnt follow exactly was the safe mode thing. This is a school laptop, and they have restrictions on that so i cant get into it, atleast not that I'm aware of. I pressed f8 and no safe mode, so i just ran those programs in normal mode and they came out clean. But i still have x.bat, k.html, and staff.html on my desktop. It used to automatically put up an away message one AIM but a friend from school gave me the OE/WM Control Plug-in and the Messenger-Control Plugin for Adaware SE and not that has stopped. What do you suggest next?
