aim virus

I had "bestfriends.scr" AIM adware/virus. i used the AIM FIX on this site. However i still get two popups when i use google and some other sites (simplisearch.com and enchancemysearch.com)

Also i cannot access my hotmail it loads and then stays blank with a lock near the loading bar.

Also 1 more thing i can view images withou a problem but try going to www.picturetrail.com/cherylbraganza and go to a gallery any1 it loads up and then goes white i only see the images flashes on my screen then the screen goes white HELP!!
