so i got word awhile ago that Airwolf season 2 is going to be out on Dec 26th. yay and i cant beleave the preorder its cheaper thin season1 and it has more eps init lol i am going to go ahead and preorder it when i get some money for it so i dont end up waitting ayear or 2 for it like i did with season 1 btw i just ordered 3days ago. and it looks like they did better art work on the box this time around. and i can get it for $27 lol i just wish they remastered the audio and video and added some stuff like cutscenes.

It seems like it´s been much, much longer. But it´s only been a year-and-a-half since Universal announced the first season of Airwolf on DVD. Since that May, 2005 release the studio has been very, very quiet about a follow-up, and most fans were convinced it would never come.

Universal has proved that idea to be wrong this morning, announcing a December 26th, 2006 street date for Airwolf - Season 2! The 5-DVD set (all of them single-sided) comes in a "digipak"-style (fold-out cardboard) box. These 22 episodes will run 17 hours 42 minutes and cost $39.95 SRP. Video is 1.33:1 full frame, audio is English mono, and there are also English subtitles present.

I was asked by stringfellow1111 if I would post on the forum to keep all the fans updated and such on the upcoming movie. I have been on the site before, which I enjoyed by the way. Then after a few months of working on the script I was asked if I would contact a huge Airwolf fan through someone at the studio.

At first, I was reluctant, but thought to myself,´what could it hurt´. I continued to think about it and finally contacted him. And now, at last, here I am.

I would tell you about the script, but it may change because I am now intriqued to know what the die hard fans of Airwolf would like to see. An interuption here before your brains kick in on thoughts, 2 things...A few perameters given to me...Will be set in modern day and the helicopter used will be a modern helicopter, of which kind, I am not sure, but chain guns and rocket launcher are included in the firepower.

Man, now I have the theme from that show running through my head. That was a great show. I am hoping to get some MacGuyver boxed sets for Christmas this year, and QAF the Full series box set too. Man, I never watch TV, but there are a few series that I will watch and watch and watch.

Airwolf was definitely a cool show...along with Blue Thunder!! Which was originally a movie that turned into a short lived TV series.

Our eldest son loves Airwolf. He has the first series on DVD so will be excited to hear the next is coming out soon

i am glad season2 wont be duble-sided disks like season one.

BTW i just got it in the mail 1 day before they said i would get it. is it just me or is USPS speeding up lol
