Alarm Clock Wake Up Dialer

Anyone know of a program that will allow your computer to dial your phone to wake you up?

Not looking for a pay service, seen those, I want to be able to enter a time and my computer will call my phone.

what sort of phone? if its a mobile dont they come with alarm clocks on them anyway ? are you on about leaving your computer switched on to act as an alarm clock? you could use your computer to activate a loud sound file that will wake you up at a specific time
