Alert message

Every time i click on firefox to start my internet, i get this weird alert message... also sometimes when i visit certain pages it says something about a protocal problem???? below is the alert message.

Please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full. It is recommended that you exit the browser and fix the problem. Im not sure why behavior is spelled wrong but I copied the alert message exactly how it was typed.

 

that is very odd the spelling... my first conclusion would be a virus or something that shouldent be there of so sort but i cant be sure so i'd do two things if i had this problem

1. check my start up and clarify any items i'm am not sure of on this site

2. reinstall firefox after a full uninstallation (my spelling isint great and i'm to lazy to look stuff up you get the point tho)

alright so i checked over the start ups and i dont have anything that shouldnt be in there. theres only like 15 things on there i think.

i also uninstalled and downloaded fire fox again... and installed it again and when i ran it the same alert came up..

i have already ran spybot and it comes up with nothing. i ran adware and the first time it showed this one hijack thing but it hasnt come back but im still having the same problem. also ran antivir and it came up with nothing.

 

well i see you've taken care to make sure that it isint malware which i could have guessed it wasent .. still good tho

i'm assuiming ur HD isint low on space then

i use firefox and this has never happened

what add-ons do u have in firefox?

so i go to tools... click add ons... and the two that they show are talk back and yahoo tool bar...

i havent seen this either which was weird because yesterday it was fine, but last night when i got home i noticed this problem....

what has me really caught off guard is the misspelling of behavior.

 

forgot to mention 8.16gb left on the HD

 

yeah that is weird

well i'm sorry but i think your going to have to wait for a professional

Alright, it was corrupt and i deleted it and then restarted firefox and it works FINE!!!! Thank the both of you for your time and help!!
