Alexa Phone Calls

I have the Alexa First GEN Device.
And the App. is on my Android Tablet.

I asked Alexa to make a Call.
She told me what Device or Number?
I gave Her the Phone Number.

She told me to Register in the Alexa App.

I go to the 3. Lines in the Top Left of the App.
I see no Conversations or Contact List.
So I go back to the Home Screen and go into the Tab that says Settings.

And it is not here.

Does this only showup if the App. is on a Cell Phone?

 

In order to make a telephone call, you first must have a telephone.
