I have this assignment, and I'm not sure if all is correct. Any input would be great.

Represent the logic of a program that allows the user to enter a value that represents the radius of a circle. the program calculates the diameter (* the radius by 2), and then calculates the circumference (by * the diameter by 3.14 ). the program prints both the diameter and the circumference.

Overall I say that your assignment is correct. There are a few details that are not correct or in place though.

The logic in the text of the post describes a different algorithm to that in your attached word document. I believe your flow chart is the more correct explanation of what you want to do and not the text in your post.

For example, your text states "enter a value that represents the radius of a circle" whereas your flow chart states "Get diameter from user". However, both are consistent in their calculations but their starting point for input data is different.

Similarly, your text outputs "diameter and the circumference" whereas your flow chart outputs "circumfrerence [sic] and area".

In your flow chart I would expect to see flow arrows joining the processing boxes going from top to down.
