Email if you can figure This out,its a ok mobo system,for free,Gave it to my Roomate(trust me shes a Major Biotch,lol..and well earned..any ways,i need the damn model so i can flash the bios and Hopeful more documentation for the board,as the tower,which is custom i dont think will support the front panel sound,huh why doesnt that surrprise me????? ok sugestions? Sisandra got only this far...i need the model!!!
Then gonna reinstall with windows 7 Ultimate and raid away,hm she still doesnt deserve this but oh well,lol shes 62....Grin,ok im a nice guy..help any one? HEY wonder if Microsoft sense they are trashing windows xp if they are giving out windows xp x64????????? >>Evil Grin :wave:waveLOLLOL

Since you pulled the mobo from an Alienware case, do you still have that original case? There should be a sticker on that case with a Service Tag number that you could enter at the Dell Support site and get all the downloads (including BIOS flash) and manuals you need.

I forgot about something with Dells. Sorry. :-o

If you can boot the board into the POST screen and press F2 to enter Setup when it comes up in the upper right, under System -> System info, the Service Tag number (seven character alpha-numeric) that shows IS the mobo Serial Number. You can enter THAT at the Dell Support site and see if there's a later revision of the BIOS. Any letters will have to be entered as capitals.
