all my files are hidden???

I recently got a Trojan (trojan.agent.gen and a trojan fake alert). I believe they were successfully removed by Malwarebytes. But when I start up the computer I still get a RUNDLL window that says: "error loading CTMBLA.DLL, invalid access to memory location."

Also, all of my files (My pictures, My docs) are gone. I went and applied the "view hidden files" option and now they are viewable. But they remain hidden files and I can't open up my pictures to view but I am able to open documents.

And maybe I still have a virus, because as I typed this, Internet Explorer tried to open three times.

I primarily use Mozilla. I have a Dell E310 and a XP operating system.

Thanks for whatever help you can give. I don't mind reformatting but I'd at least like to get my pictures saved in a proper format.

    Thanks.
