All Programs not showing many programs

I had a series of malware problems on my computer, which thanks to this forum I have been able to clear up. After all the work cleaning the computer, now when I go into Start/All Programs, I get a very compact list of programs, no more than 10 or 12. I would like to know how to get the rest of the programs to show.

I actually did go through the entire removal process that was suggested in the Malware and it worked. I did not go back to see if the "all programs" problem was addressed in that section, so will do so.

Guess it is a learning process on how to work the forums. I will go back to the Malware.
