Which Windows version do you have? Some only licence you for 16GB maximum.
    Starter: 8GB
    Home Basic: 8GB
    Home Premium: 16GB
    Professional: 192GB
    Enterprise: 192GB
    Ultimate: 192GB

Check that the installed RAM is on the 'board makers QVL list. There are times when 'compatible' RAM works, until you hit the maximum ...

    Check for a BIOS update.

They are using Win7 64bit. My guess is either bad RAM module, or incompatible modules installed. Time for the user to download and run Speccy in this case, and post the results.

My bad, should have waited until my eyes were fully open this morning ;)

    Don't overlook the BIOS check/upgrade, it's a common fix.

I've updated the BIOS, I've already been assisted by a friend who knows his shit. He had me do everything, update everything. I'm thinking bad slots

Looks like last bios update, along with other driver updates was back in 2011. Very old motherboard.
http://us.msi.com/product/mb/X58-Pro-E.html#/?div=BIOS I am thinking that the mboard is having other issues, which is common after a while, especialy if you do not keep the system cool, or overclock, clean the dust bunnies out on a regular basis.

If the OP would post a picture of the outside of the case the mboard is in, and the inside with the cover is off, maybe we can find a better updated motherboard, that would allow them to be more up to date, if they are willing to go that route.
