Nothing... it was 11pm and then I blinked and the sun was up. Hate it when I lose track of time like that :\

 

I know exactly what ya mean... when I was making wallpapers all the time I used to be able to pound them out in an hour or less, now I sit here and look at Photoshop with a dumb expression on my face. This stuff is definitely NOT like riding a bike :\

Doing pretty good, got a ton of work to get done with the kitchen and gearing up for the StairWay to Stardom gig on sunday. You know the usual trying to spread myself to thin story.

Hey, your delimma has given me a cool idea for a song.

Good to hear you're making progress Abby. Takes time... and coffee....

 

Stairway is a contest that's put together by Skip's Music in town. Basically kids audition and they are put into a band setting with people roughly the same skill level. Then they have to write 3 songs over so many week period. During this period they have practice live performances, are coached by professionals, and get a truck load of equipment donated for the cause. I think the winners get free studio time and a cd produced. It's gonna be fun. A few of the kids we help build guitars for are in the contest, in seperate bands. All the companies that have donated equipment are coming out to watch the potential stars perform. Marshall, ESP, Fender, etc will be there.

Doing fine. Cold front came through last night & pushed temps down from mid-90s back to mid-80s for the next few days, without the rain that usually accompanies cool fronts. Should be a great weekend.

 

Must be nice... I'd like mid-80's It's fall in August here. Normally I don't mind being cold, but last night was freezing

 

oh I know! but i'll take it over 95% humidity 19 floors up... I prefer warm snuggly blankets to sweat any day
