I searched using both these words and nothing came up, so I am sorry if it has been discussed.

My question: I am attempting to destroy a hard drive of an Alphamicro AM62, and only knowing enough to make me dangerous, I opened the bottom of the monitor which contains the power supply and motherboard. However, I cannot identify a hard drive, sooooo...where is it? What does it look like? Is it in the back of the monitor itself?

    Help!

The terminals that I've used don't have hard drives - they usually use a serial connection to talk to smarter computers that do. Anyway here's a page where you can download a user manual for it:

Be careful inside there, it has voltages that will hurt you even when unplugged.

Thank you ever so much alanc. I may have actually begun cutting things. Yikes! After interviewing him a bit more, I believe there was a server or something because the machines had been networked a long time ago. THANKS!!!!!
