I made a thread about this a week or two ago. And some people posted some things to try, such as making sure all DMA's were enabled and such. Now, it's so bad, that I can't burn cds without taking 15minutes, I can't rip cds without it taking 15minutes, and god knows how long it'll take me to burn a DVD.

Someone please tell me some other things to try, or a new burner I should order if necessary.

Not sure what was originally suggested but have you tried removing the drive from the device manager and then rebooting to allow Windows to redetect the drive and then reloading the drivers just in case it is a simple driver corruption problem?
