Many people are complaining about the
Alt codes given in Character Map producing a different symbol in 64 bit Windows 7 than in 32 bit but I can't find any advice about getting things right. We need either to get the right printed symbols eg ç for Alt+0231instead of ↨, or get a new set of code to symbol relationships. I don't care which. Is there anyone there? :cry

Thank you Bazza. My computer won't take AllChars at first attempt.
I'll try again some day.

I have a French keyboard so I'd use that for typing a lot of French and I can get the Spanish éíóú with Ctrl+Alt and the occasional enyay and upside down exclamation and question marks can be copiedhttp://http://www.baps-orch.co.uk/29th_Entry/George_Barker.html from the Character Map.
:confused
So it's more a puzzle than a hardship, especially when Word has some little keyboard tricks too for accents..
