I can't test due to windows 11 having it's own Alt+f4 shut down.

Can you provided the majorgeeks link for us so we know which one it is.

You need to click the dropdown to select the action you want

I did select the action, but I forgot to restart the pc to make it work but here is the problem, the reason I wanted a faster shutdown is because there is the Second Shut down Screen that comes up after clicking on Shutdown and it want me to click on that screen to before it shutsdown.
Now i press the Alt F4 key and instead of shutting down it gives me that same Second Shutdown Screen. I want to Shut down with one click if possible, any idea's? Thanksw

Those reg files just set the default action for when you bring up the Alt+F4 dialog, which by default is already Shutdown.
You could create a shortcut on your desktop for a double click shutdown. Just right click in some blank desktop space and select New Shortcut
    For Location paste in shutdown.exe /s /f /t 0
Call it whatever you like then go into the Shortcut properties; where it says Run change Normal Window to Minimized, then click Change Icon and give it a snazzy icon When all done press OK.

Ok the Shortcut worked ok but it took atleast a minute to shutdown

Its seems to me that I had something on my pc years ago that shutdown the pc instantly, anyone know what it was, i forget but it was fast?

How to turn off computer with shutdown command
To shut down the computer manually with Command Prompt, use these steps:

    1. Open Start.
    2. Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
    3. Type the following command to gracefully shut down the device after one minute and press Enter:

      shutdown /s

    4. Type the following command to shut down the device after a specific time and press Enter:

      shutdown /s /t TIME

In the command, replace TIME for the second to wait before the device begins the shutdown process.

For example, this command turns off the computer after five seconds:

      shutdown /s /t 5

      Source: Windows Central

Quick tip: You can also use "0" for the time for shutdown immediately. If the time is greater than zero, then the /f option will be applied automatically.

It's likely that you entered the command incorrectly if it took a minute.
Either copy/paste the command as I posted, or check that the last character in the command is a zero and not the letter 'o' (The font here doesn't help)
