alt-f4 no longer working

    alt-f4 no longer closes programs.

    any suggestions. i know th alt key works, how can i test f4

    open browser.. F4 should drop down a history in your address bar.

    thanks. got it.

    i have a logitech worelss keyboard and as it turns out, there are multiple functions for the F keys and i had that feutre on.
