   I am using Windows XP Profesional and like to use Alt keks to navigate the menus.
   On some applications the underline on the menu does not show until the alt key is pressed - very annoying.
   Anybody know how to get the underlines to show all the time??

   Use this below method,
   
   
   Edit: to the above and easier option, Right Click anywhere on your desktop and choose Properties > Appearence > Effects and untick Hide Undelined Letters For Keyboard Navigation Until I Press the ALT Key > Apply
