Running a Windows Server 2003 Domain with Windows XP and 7 clients.

I have walked into this network with the following scenario of each user having a local admin account. I'm looking to downgrade the accounts to a PowerUser however due to company policy the PowerUsers group is not allowed. I was told that creating a group with the same permissions as the PowerUsers is allowed but i'm not familiar with this process.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can determine the access that PowerUsers is granted?

    Thanks in advance.

    Greetings, LordOlives...

I am in no way Server 2003 proficient - I just ran across this while surfing:

From this MS TechNet Forum thread...

I ran across that myself but it's not very specific about the access more of a generic description.

I guess pretty much what i'm looking for is something that states what folders and registry keys the PowerUsers group has access to. I know this is kind of an odd question because if someone needs PowerUsers access they would just add them to that group.
