Alternative To Dreamweaver

I was using Dreamweaver but then changed to another computer.
Im using Windows 10 64 Bit

Im looking to install some free or not expensive software so i can update / edit my site etc.

Most that ive seen are like just Word based items.
I liked Dreamweaver as it would show a photo on my site & clicking that photo i could then see its path, css applied etc etc.

Im finding Visual Studio Code not that easy to do the same thing without the images being there
