Last time I tried this you guys didn't get it, so ill be perfectly clear this time, I am looking for a site that essentially has stuff like framework and directx that windows users like me can access for when the main site can't be accessed.

I was hoping someone would suggest a site that is owned by microsoft that offers updates on those bits, you know the manual download stuff for updates but wasn't the main site but some sort of backup site in case users couldn't access the main website. I've had recent trouble connecting to the main site, so if there was a secondary site for users to access when the main site doesn't work that would be nice.

I was just looking for a safe secondary site to the main microsoft website that offers the programs microsoft freely gives to it's user base like directx and framework and .net. Sort of like a backup server, I'm not looking to get something pirated, half the time (from what i've heard) those programs are hacked and unsafe to install anyways.

Even now I still have issues accessing the main microsoft site, I'm just looking for an alternative offered to windows users for the usual programs they freely offer. Seriously I can't even access the home page no matter what method I try to get in I always get this page
    https://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/en-us/
this is why I need an alternative.

I can access the site from time to time but what method I use one time may not work a second or third time. The method being the various links google gives me aside, accessing the download center is a no go in any way shape or form, in fact the search results themselves never bring anything regarding a download even when looking for somthing like framework or directx. I'm completely cut off from the download center, the only updates I seem to get are from the overly aggressive windows updates. My access to microsoft's official site is too unreliable if possible perhaps someone can point me to a backup server that microsoft may offer it's users for when things like this happen.

A simple internet search for 'Microsoft DirectX downloads' brings this up for me:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/search.aspx?q=directx
A simple internet search for 'Microsoft Net Framework downloads' brings this up for me:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/search.aspx?q=.net framework

They both open quickly and as you an see each version is clearly listed.

I've searched for an official Microsoft Downloads centre as an alternative with no luck.
You can find unofficial download sites for anything, but they may not be safe downloads and they may not be legal.
In your earlier thread on this exact same subject - which was shut down by the Administrator Laura - the above was explained

I think he's trying to clarify that he's not looking for pirated software, as was originally suspected. Still ,it doesn't change the facts.

Yes I agree, I just can't find any alternative to the normal download centre:

    Hi

For the apps you mention they should generally be in the Majorgeeks download page just do a search http://www.majorgeeks.com/
The more worrying thing is not being able to access Microsoft sites as in the ones Max linked to, so can you click the links Max listed and get to the pages ok? if not really need to work out why, does your Windows version update ok? what starts with your PC as in startup apps? can you access Microsoft pages in safe mode with networking? is your Windows version (what version BTW) activated ok?
