Am I paranoid? What is this?

I have no idea what this log file is or what created it but scrolling down about half way down the file I read something strange.... I've highlighted it in red and underlined it for easy finding ... is this normal? I realize this is probably the dumbest thing anyone’s ever asked on this forum but I can't help it ...I'm curious. Ps I had to cut out half the log to upload it so I'm more then likely wasting everyones time with this ...sorry

Hi Did you have any failing windows updates last week as that is a bug report from MSXML which was in the MS updates last week, failed on me too, until I tried again.

but the message is a programmers comment left in, they are jokers sometimes and leave comments in the code like that... its no cause for concern.

OMG Thats so funny.....most people probably don't even notice... I wonder what kind of other funny comments have been left in logs like that hmmmmmmm!
