Amazon account hacked

Hi

My Amazon account has been hacked into and there have been charges made to my debit card. My laptop also keeps having this pop ups and it does not have proper protection.

Please help what to do?

Contact your bank and let them know your debit card is compromised so you don't get hit with more charges.

 

I would first of all stop your debit card and get your bank to send you a new one and any charges you need to put in a indemnity form if you are not responsible for them. Then you need to do what LauraR has suggested in cleaning your computer then change your password for your amazon account I would recommend in creating a new password is use capital letters mixed with small letters and min of 2 numbers that will make it quite difficult to guess or crack.
