Amazon Alexa

I have the Amazon Alexa Echo and I was UpLoading my MP3 Files to my Account.
Then I would tell Alexa to play my Play list or to play my music and so on.

I was trying to UpLoad some MP3 Files the other Night and I got a Massage that told me The Song Can Not Be UpLoaded Because Of A Service Error.
So I called Amazon and they told me they did away with the UpLoad feature.

Now I know I can use Alexa as a Blue Tooth Speaker.
But I can not give her commands to skips Song or play or things like this.

Does anyone know of a Free Cloud Service that I can UpLoad my music to and Alexa can play them from?
