I found one for $119.00 on a certain website (wont mention the sites name for their sake) It was the only one under $800 in its catagory... Think its the real deal, but the price was messed up? The part number is AMDA64FX57BNBOX.

I plan on running it in an ASUS A8N-Sli or DFI LanParty Ultra-D, should be good, right?

Also, a 420 watt psu is sufficient?

NOTE : If the price of the processor is still the same after 1-3 days, i will post the link for all of you!

I get two on google.... One for $1139.00 and another for $1144.00..... I read a review on guru3d about it saying that AMD wanted the processor to be returned? All I know is that it is INCREDIBLY Fast, and that i will be ordering one tonight, along with a new mobo and a new X800GT 256MB DDR3 (Lite Retail, whatever that is).... It'll cost me about $400..... Which is about as much as my WHOLE computer is worth  But hey, ya only live once!

Had the FX-55, amazingly fast chip, if you want to spend that much, I think the 57 is the latest chip from AMD and the fastest chip on the market, so an 1-1200 price tag is the norm. Might look for the 55 as there was nothing I couldnt run full bore with that. Best prices are always one or two steps back.

Not really, as no money changed hands, and they didn't accept the sale.

It really depends on your state laws, but generally both parties have to agree to the sale for it to be binding, and money changing hands means a contract is in place, which both parties must adhere to.

It also depends on the company. Some, as a goodwill gesture, will sometimes honour a misprint, although that doesn't happen too often, and especially in this case.

Oh well, it was worth a try.
