AMD RAIDXpert - Error Box

Hi. May I require assistance for a friend?

Following is a cut and paste from his e-mail to me:

"Any ideas what this may mean? Been getting it just about every day. Not on firefox yet, might have something to do on startup since that's when it comes on".

Unfortunately, the information provided on that website is way over our heads, we both have very limited computer knowledge.

Perhaps I should've asked if this is the type of error that can be ignored? Or is it an alert as to something that needs the attention from a computer shop?
