Amd2 Asus motherboard suggestions

I am looking for a ASUS am2 motherboard for a new system i am building.

I currently have a
Am2 4200 processor
1 500 Sata Hd
4 gigs of memory
2 Ide DVD burners
and 2 Ide Hds

i am looking to be able to upgrade to Sata for all my drives down the line. Any help would be most welcomed.

I have around 120-130 dollars to spend.
